At Fomi Scents, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances and exceptional customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 91 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 91 days from the delivery date.

• Products must have no more than 5% usage to qualify for a return or exchange.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or leaking product

  • Defective packaging or item

• Our team will arrange doorstep return pick-up, which can take 5 to 10 working days (excluding holidays).

• We offer free doorstep returns, excluding instances of change of mind or customer error. In such cases, a one-way fee of 150 PKR or a two-way shipping fee of 240 PKR will apply, depending on the situation.
  • One-way return: PKR 150

  • Two-way exchange: PKR 240

• Customized items are exempt from our return and exchange policy.
• Once the return is received, it will be inspected and verified for the refund process within 48 working hours.
• Pack of 2ml, 5ml & 10ml are not refundable.
• Customized Orders can be priced extra, please confirm the price first.
• Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
• Packaging fee is 100 PKR, and free testers are valued at 240 PKR. The corresponding amounts will be deducted per Item, from the refund if the packaging is opened or the testers have been used.
